Refund and Cancellation Policy

Somatic Intimacy

This policy applies to all sessions and packages with Somatic Intimacy.

When you book, you agree to these terms.

Overview

Everything is paid before your session.

Couples sessions follow the same rules.

Online sessions

·        You pay in full when you book.

·        Cancel 24 hours or more before: full refund.

·        Reschedule 24 hours or more before: no fee.

·        Less than 24 hours before: no refund.

In-person sessions

·        You pay a $150 deposit when you book. It covers the room and the time I reserve for you.

·        You pay the rest before your session starts.

·        If you cancel before your session is confirmed, your deposit is refunded.

·        After it is confirmed, if you cancel or don't show up, the deposit is kept.

·        Reschedule 24 hours or more before: $50.

Free Exploration Call

·        If you can't make it, please cancel or reschedule using the link in your email.

·        If something comes up at the last minute, let me know by WhatsApp or email.

·        Unless I hear from you about technical issues or another reason you're running late, I will wait 10 minutes. If you're running late, I'll do my best to still give you the full call, but if there isn't enough time before my next appointment, we may need to reschedule.

Running late

·        Please let me know if you are running late, online or in person.

·        For paid sessions, if you haven't let me know, I will wait 15 minutes. After that, it counts as a no-show.

·        If you arrive late, your session still ends at the booked time.

Boundaries

·        If my boundaries are crossed, the session ends straight away, with no refund.

Online Coaching

Paying

·        You pay in full when you book.

Cancelling

·        24 hours or more before: full refund. You can use the link in your confirmation email.

·        Less than 24 hours before, or if you don't show up: no refund.

Rescheduling

·        24 hours or more before: no fee. You can use the link in your confirmation email.

·        Less than 24 hours before: please message me on WhatsApp. I may be able to move your session, but this is at my discretion. If I can't, it counts as a late cancellation, so no refund.

·        If you cancel a session you have already rescheduled, the same cancelling rules apply.

Refunds

·        Refunds are paid within 7 to 10 business days.

In-Person Sessions

Coaching, pelvic floor bodywork and tantric bodywork

How booking works

1.      When you book, it is a request. You get an email saying I have received your request.

2.      When I have booked the room, you get a confirmation email. Your session is now confirmed.

Paying

·        You pay a $150 deposit when you book. It covers the room and the time I reserve for you.

·        You pay the rest before your session starts. You can pay:

·        by cash or card when you arrive, or

·        by invoice or PayID before the session day.

·        Your session starts once the rest is paid.

·        If the rest can't be paid, the session can't go ahead, and the deposit is kept.

Cancelling

·        Before your session is confirmed: your deposit is refunded.

·        After it is confirmed: the deposit is kept.

·        If you don't show up: the deposit is kept.

Rescheduling

Before your session is confirmed: no fee.

After it is confirmed:

·        24 hours or more before: $50 (one time). Your deposit moves to the new date.

·        Less than 24 hours before, or a second time: a new $150 deposit. The first one is kept.

Your new date:

·        needs to be within 2 months

·        is confirmed once you have paid and I have booked the room.

If you cancel a rescheduled session:

·        your deposit for the new date is kept

·        the $50 is refunded if I haven't booked the new room yet.

Refunds

·        Refunds are paid within 7 to 10 business days.

Coaching Packages (3-pack)

Paying

·        You pay for the whole package when you buy it.

·        Package sessions need to be used within 6 months.

Online package sessions

·        These follow the online coaching rules.

·        If you cancel less than 24 hours before, or don't show up, that session counts as used.

In-person package sessions

These follow the in-person rules, with a fee instead of a deposit.

Before your session is confirmed: no fee to cancel or reschedule.

After it is confirmed:

·        Cancel, or don't show up: $150 fee

·        Reschedule 24 hours or more before (once): $50 fee

·        Reschedule less than 24 hours before, or a second time: $150 fee

When a fee applies, the session stays in your package. I will send you an invoice for the fee. If you reschedule, the fee needs to be paid before I book the room for your new time. If you cancel, the fee needs to be paid before you book your next session.

Refunding the rest of a package

·        Each used session is charged at the normal single-session price. Any fees are also kept. The rest is refunded.

·        Example: you bought an online 3-pack for $400 and used 1 session. That session is charged at $150, and you get $250 back.

·        Example: you bought an in-person 3-pack for $750. You attended 1 session and cancelled 1 less than 24 hours before. The attended session is charged at $280 and the cancellation fee is $150, so you get $320 back.

·        Refunds are paid within 7 to 10 business days.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

Online sessions

·        24 hours or more before: use the link in your confirmation email.

·        Less than 24 hours before: please message me on WhatsApp.

In-person sessions

·        Please message me on WhatsApp. You can also pick a new time with the link in your confirmation email, but please message me as well. I need to check the room is free at your new time. Your new time is confirmed once any fee is paid and I have booked the room.

When your notice counts

·        Your notice counts from the time you send your message or use the link.

·        "24 hours before" means at least 24 hours before your booked session start time.

·        I will reply to confirm within 24 hours. If you don't hear back, please follow up.

If I Need to Cancel

If I cancel or move your session

·        I will let you know as early as I can.

·        You can choose a new date at no fee.

·        If no new date works for you, you get a full refund, including any deposit or fees.

If the room becomes unavailable

·        I will offer you a new date or a different room, at no fee.

·        If neither works for you, you get a full refund, including any deposit or fees.

Emergencies

·        Life doesn't always go to plan. If you have an emergency that clashes with your session, like a serious illness, an accident or a family crisis, please contact me as soon as you can.

·        The sooner I know, the more I can help. I'll do my best to find a solution together with you.

·        Any exception is at my discretion, and it doesn't change this policy for future bookings.

Refunds

·        Refunds are made to your original payment method where possible.

·        If that isn't possible, I refund by bank transfer. You will need to give me your Australian bank account details.

·        If your bank account is outside Australia, any international bank fees come off the refund.

·        Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days. It can take another 3 to 5 business days to reach your account.

·        Whenever you are owed a refund, you can choose credit towards a future session instead. Credit needs to be used within 6 months.

·        If you choose to end a session early, the full price still applies.

·        Packages are for the person who bought them and can't be transferred.

·        If you have a problem with a payment, please contact me first, before disputing it with your bank.

Boundaries

Every session takes place within clear professional boundaries. I explain them before your session starts, and I may remind you during the session.

If my boundaries are crossed, I will end the session straight away. There is no refund, however much of the session is left.

This includes, for example:

·        inappropriate touch or behaviour

·        disrespectful or abusive language

·        asking for services outside what we agreed

·        crossing consent or professional boundaries

·        being drunk or high during the session

·        behaviour that makes me feel unsafe or uncomfortable

I am committed to a safe, professional and respectful space for every session. I ask that you honour the same.

Agreeing to This Policy

·        A link to this policy is shown on the booking page before you pay, and again in your confirmation email.

·        By booking and paying, you agree to this policy, including the boundaries.

Changes to This Policy

·        I may update this policy from time to time.

·        Changes are posted here, with a new "Last updated" date.

·        I will email existing clients about any changes.

·        Your booking follows the policy that was in place when you booked.

Your Rights

·        Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
